Each order will take up to 48 hours to process and then please allow up to a further 48 hours for payment to clear. Once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched within 7 days. Please allow between 7-30 days for final delivery thereafter.

Sometimes there may be unforeseen delays with shipping, if such issues occur we will contact you with any information to keep you up to date. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping outside of our direct control.

When placing an order for one of our suits, delivery times of 25-30 days should be expected since suits are handmade to order. In order to expedite shipping as much as possible an import charge may also be applicable to you which is payable to DHL. Unfortunately we cannot estimate if this charge will be raised or estimate the import charges however they are on average £4.50. Customs/import tax is the responsibility of the buyer so please take this into consideration before purchasing.

Absolutely, since all suits are made to order we can tailor the measurements specifically to you. Just e-mail over the full tailors measurements to support@empireoutlet.co after you place an order.

We do not complete the edge of the Trousers (this is not an error) unless asked otherwise. If you want to complete the edge of the trousers, you need to measure the exact length of your inseam and e-mail support@empireoutlet.co after you placed your order. Alternatively, you can now select your desired inseam length on order.

This is only to make sure that the Trouser is perfectly tailored to your requirements as we cannot know the exact measurement without being informed.

Please note this will be a customisation and make the product non-returnable.
